This is another shift decoder puzzle. There are 13 orange dots around the letters.
In the circle of dots are the letters: vg vf fvzcyr
The clue on this level are 13 orange dots
This puzzle is solved using a simple letter shift cipher.
Simply shift each letter 13 spaces
Tap the up arrow in the bottom right corner
Tap the 4 box grid icon to switch to the decoder
Tap the letter shift icon (a > d) to use the letter shift decoder
Tap the SHIFT input box next to the text input field and enter 13 (to shift 13 charcters)
Enter in the letters from the circle (vg vf fvzcyr).
Tap the SUBMIT button
You will see the words IT IS SIMPLE appear
Tap the top text input field
Key in IT IS SIMPLE
Hit the SUBMIT button
